Important Note to Visitors:  Hugo has two traditional tornado warning sirens which sound for a few seconds twice a day, every day at 12:00 (Noon) and again at 6:00 P.M.  This siren is used not only as a warning for an imminent natural disaster (steady 5-minute tone), but also as a paging system for the local volunteer firefighter/ambulance service (warbling tone).
